Ako na GPL licenciu alebo zvoliť inú?

Dobrý deň.

Ak som autorom nejakého zdrojového kódu, ako mám formulovať GPL licenciu tak, aby som mohol vydávať aj povolenia na použítie tohoto zdrojového kódu v uzavretých (komerčných) projektoch, prípadne aby som ja ako autor mohol tento zdrojový kód tak použiť?

Alebo je to tak, že ja ako autor mám na to právo ? A stačí napísať orignal GPL text a nakonci len doplniť informáciu:

Ano, opravdu se GPLkem nevzdáváte autorských práv, jak řada lidí tvrdí. A ano stačí standardní znění licence doplnit vaší poznámkou o možné jiné licenci.
