Nic jsem na serveru nedělal, žádné updaty, ale nejde mi spustit apač2

(netřeba radit jiný lepší webserver, tenhle zapínám na drobnosti, jako když na fóru náhle nejde odeslat příspěvěk kvůli náhodnému odhlášení a potřebuji jen php skript var_dump( $_POST)
zkoušel jsem přes (+-sudo ) : systemctl start apache2, apache2, apachectl start, . ale jen apache2 prozradí tuto chybu ostatní indiánsky mlčí
(tady jen na okraj, co bych se za převratné info dozvěděl z systémDového logu)
