Junior Configuration Analyst (Unix)

Brief job description:
For our long term project for international bank related to reengineering of bank credit risk system we are looking for a Junior Configuration Analyst who would be responsible for:

- Maintaining servers and applications configuration
- Leading configuration and other changes through change management process
- Maintaining functional development environments
- Other administrative help to the team

Essential skills:
- Provable former commercial experience during/after University studies
- Good experience with Unix, including Unix shell scripting
- Relational databases concepts and SQL knowledge (Oracle preferred)
- Development process best practices awareness
- Version control tools (subversion)

Optional skills:
- Unix administration skills
- ITIL concepts awareness (in particular Change management, Capacity management, Release management)
- Prior experience with BMC Remedy
- Prior experience with BMC Control-M
- Familiar with continuous integration

Soft skills:
- Very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Team player, open-minded, proactive, loyal, experienced in communication with business users
- Stress resistant
