V 2012 som okrem ineho kupoval v nemenovanom eshope RAM Patriot na ktoru bola dozivotna zaruka. Je to jeden z velkych ceskych IT eshopv (mozno sa dovtipite ktory). Ten eshop este existuje, ale myslim, ze uz patri pod ineho majiela, alebo sa z nejakym spojil, alebo neviem ...
Ale kua ja Vam to poviem.Bol to eshop alfa.cz a teraz to je alfa.cz t.s.bohemia.
Pisal som na reklamacne a chlapik sa snazil, sice odpisal, ze "Reklamace Alfa Computer a.s. uz vice méně nevyrizujeme ale u pameti to mohu protlacit u vyrobce". Poziadal ma, ci by som mu vedel poslat scan s faktury, tak som ju vyhrabal a poslal som mu to (+ vystup z memetestu), ale uz sa neozvali.
Alfa.cz tuto RAM este ma v predaji a stale stale s dozivotnou zarukou.
Kedze sa mi to nepodarilo u nich vybavit, chcem sa opytat, ci je nejaky oficialny distributor pamati patriot v cz u ktoreho by sa to dalo reklamovat.
Ta ram ma hodnotu 600KC, takze to neni nic strasne, ale preco to neskusit  :)

precti si co pisou na strankach patriot !!!!
Pokud mas dozivotni zaruku pak to musis nefunkcni/chybovou pamet poslat do Holandska.
posilal jsem tedko  o vanocich, vse vyrizeno:

How and Where to return your Product(s):


1. A copy of this email confirmation with the RMA number must be included with the package.
2. Product(s) must be securely packaged with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Any returned product(s) without clearly marked RMA number on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender.
3. IT IS REQUIRED TO SEND IN ALL STICKS OF A DUAL OR QUAD DRAM SET SO PATRIOT CAN REPLACE WITH A MATCHING SET. INCOMPLETE SETS RETURNED TO PATRIOT MAY VOID WARRANTY OR DELAY REPLACEMENT TIME.
4. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping charges to send the defective product(s) to Patriot Memory.
5. Patriot memory does not require but recommend customers to ship their product(s) with a carrier that provides package tracking and insurance for the price of the product to prevent shipping issues.
6. Patriot Memory is not liable for item(s) lost or damaged during transit.
7. Do Not Send Item in Regular Envelope. Product is prone to be lost in transit.
