Java Engineer
we are looking for J2EE DEVELOPERS. You will be working on the server, client and middleware components using leading edge technologies to deliver solutions.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Degree in Technology
• Solid knowledge of Object Oriented Programming methodologies
• J2EE development experience (Spring, JPA, Jetty, JMS, JSP, Struts etc)
• Experience with Linux, Perl, Python and/or other scripting language
• Hands-on experience with common developer tools (Ant, Eclipse, SVN etc.)
• Knowledge of XML/SOAP and Web service
• Experience in database technologies MYSQL or Oracle
• Experience with Red Hat Linux
• Flex/BlazeDS/ActionScript or telecommunications industry a plus
• Experience designing and developing back-end database structures from a logical or application-oriented perspective an advantage
• Self-driven, quick learner with attention to detail and quality
• At least basic knowledge of C++
Desirable
• Exposure to Telco environment
• Experience of high volume data processing in realtime
• Test driven development experience
• Knowledge of Jenkins (hudson) continuous integration tool and PMD an advantage
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
