Název: Instalace balíčků v Debianu nefunguje

Pri inštalácii aplikácii v niekedy aj pri ich spúštaní mi terminál vypisuje nasledovné riadky. Viete mi poradiť čo to znamená?

Ze byste nemel nastavene locales nebo je mel blbe nastavene blbe ci neuplne?

Tohle se mi stalo už dvakrát. Vždy mi to ale zamrzlo na "generating locales - this may take some time".
Pomohl restart, a potom dpkg-reconfigure locales. Příčinu ovšem neznám...
