For our long term project for an international bank related to reengineering of bank credit risk system we are looking for experienced developers.
Essential skills:
Very strong experience (at least 3+ years) with development in:
- Java
- J2EE
- Spring
- Hibernate
Another important:
- Oracle/SQL
- Design Patterns
- Unit testing, Junit
- Eclipse (advantage)
- Unix/Linux
Optional skills:
- Tools (Maven, Ant…)
- Eclipse (advantage)
- Analysis/Design
- Experience with iterative (Agile/Scrum) development
- Investment Banking experience (advantage)
Soft skills:
- Very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Team player, open-minded, proactive, loyal, experienced in communication with business users
- Willing to relocate for a short period of time
